Client Type & Industry: Marketing Department, Global Personal Care / Cosmetics Company

Methodology:

  1. Phase One: 7-day mobile ethnography, with respondents located across the US, among experts in the industry (makeup artists, fashion designers, etc.)
  2. Phase Two: full-day workshop at client’s offices in New York City.

  3. How Fieldcats Helped:

    • Drafted a wide-net screener to help target a myriad of creative experts, across different creative fields, with the goal of finding trend-setting leaders in their respective spaces.
    • Worked with the client to hand-select participants from Phase One to participate in a workshop in the client’s offices in New York.
    • Arranged flights, hotels, travel logistics (cabs/Uber/parking) for each of the select respondents from Phase One.
