Charles “Pete” Denman
Field Manager
Shortly after receiving his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Salisbury University, Pete began his research career in 2019 working for a Baltimore-based research firm specializing in qualitative recruitment and facility management.
Starting his career as a Front Desk Admin, Pete’s seen it all as he’s climbed the ranks. Coming from a small research agency, Pete has assisted in every step of the research process, from building a database and screening participants to coordinating large-scale research with key stakeholders and delivering the findings. He pairs his unique understanding of the complexities of a successful project with the hands-on experience necessary to get it done. Collaborating closely with Research Teams, Pete has delivered exceptional outcomes on hundreds of unique research efforts. By working directly with both researchers and participants, Pete’s experience allows him to understand the research experience from a holistic perspective, strengthening your ability to capture valuable insights.
Guru Skill: Passionate & gritty. Pete’s passion to hone his expertise in research stems from being a (self-described) nerd for behavioral research. Often joking that he must have been one of the only teenagers to seek a career in market research, he is continually eager to hear new perspectives and have his thoughts and assumptions challenged. Pete credits his work ethic to a youth of skateboarding, a sport where any amount of failure can be triumphed by your ability to peel yourself off the pavement, learn from it, and try again.
