Let us un-puzzle the screener! We take pride in spending time to create thorough screeners; we feel strongly that you can’t recruit great respondents without a great screener. From completing a review of the ‘big picture’ study objectives to digging into the nitty gritty specs, we genuinely enjoy drafting screeners (weird but TRUE!). Our tried-and-true screener-writing techniques are some of the best in the business! Send us the specs and the overall goals of the research and let us draft a screener for you.

These studies involved recruiting physicians for in-office interviews, hiring actors to play the part of a patient, and setting up interviews (among the actor, HCP and moderator) to conduct message testing of a new potential product.
We earned kudos for delivering on the ‘undeliverable’ with this study! The ask was to recruit transgender HIV positive consumers for in-home interviews in specific US states, with a large portion residing in rural areas. While challenging, this study offered us the opportunity to hone our skills in finding hard-to-reach audiences.
Consisting of biweekly check-ins and activities with patients to discuss a chronic illness. Fieldcats assisted with programming biweekly discussion guides, engaging with respondents online to remind them to participate in the new week’s activity, monitoring participation throughout the year, working with recruitment partners to ensure all participants completed their activities, and sending honoraria (and bonuses) throughout the year as needed.
